I love it.
This past week really underscored what a geezer Dave Letterman has become. He interview the actor playing Thor -- and came across, somewhat disrespectful of the film. Then, he stated that it's a movie about a team of characters no one knows. I know he was trying to be funny (trying being the key word), but geez! Some people don't know when it's time to leave the stage.

All I can think of is how much I hope this means Marvel will give some other characters a chance. I love Marvel, I love old Marvel as much as you guys love old DC. There is so much I want to see them make, I never in my life thought I would see an Avengers movie, and now I feel like the chances of seeing other Marvel character make it to the big screen is a real possibility.

I prefer the one where Spider Man teams up with the cast of Saturday Night Live.

I am sorry for not having the article but I remember reading on my phone a month or so ago that a major name in Disney Animation had a mystery project in the works that was thought to be a Marvel animated film. This speculation went into hyperdrive when he said he could not say anything now but people would think it was "MARVELOUS" or something to that effect.

My guess is that the straight to DVD animated films from DC are about to get their asses handed to them in the money making department too.
