I did it in a 2 part process. I did the whole sections of scales first. Then I went back and sculpted the smooth parts OVER the scales.

I think of her as high gloss in the AH! covers. Was the flat finish by request?
Also, I smok tinted the goggles and I think they look tons better, fwiw.

Yes this was completely dictated by the customer. He wanted gloss boot, gloves, etc, while keeping a flat finish on the bodysuit.
