Just put in my first few hours. Certainly seems like it's gonna be better than AA.

So yeah, seems a little light on content. Still can't wait to get this tonight and play the fuck out of it.

it was very cool! you still get to play all of Batman's maps, so you can play , and play...
I think an earlier post about DLC would be considered , and that additional modules could make for some interesting game play for Nightwing , and of course , Batman , Robin Catwoman etc....
I'm gonna think positive here , and assume it's just beginning..

It's annoying that Nightwing doesn't speak and the medal challenges for predator maps are WAY easier than Batman's, still I cant believe Im playing with Nightwing
SOOOOOO FUCKIN COOL
EDIT: Spoke too soon, later predator maps are a bitch.

Interesting
Whited out to avoid potential spoilers:
I totally see them releasing Robin campaign stuff as DLC for AC. Now I was thinking about all the clues and how often Bludhaven gets mentioned specially after you finish the game. Agree for the most part with the writer, specially about the potential playable characters (Cassie is a no brainer for Arkhamverse), villains (not sure about Jason, and there's also a shop around the subway area named after the Royal Flush Gang, here's hoping that they appear in the next game) and of course Joker not being dead (actually I dont think anybody is dead for good), not too sure about Joker's baby.
There's some radio transmissions that you can pick up and they give you numbers, simple substition for alphabet letters gives you messages like "Ill be back Batman" and stuff like that.
Thanks for the link

I was hoping for some campaign modes for Robin and Nightwing but it looks like that's a bust. Too bad. Would have been fun.

Here's a post I found over at ps3trophies.org, it details hidden messages in the game so don't read if you don't wanna know:
I won't take credit for this, but over on arkhamcity.co.uk they found how to translate the third numerical message that comes through the Cryptographic sequencer. The first two messages were solved and read: "I WILL RETURN BATMAN and "YOU WILL PAY FOR WHAT YOU'VE DONE TO ME"
The third read
C T Z R Z P X A K D X I C H E B L R F P G K C J Q E M D U H
First, do a simple alphanumeric substitution, then run it through an Atbash transformation (actually very simple: A becomes Z, B becomes Y, etc). This should give you:
X G A I A K C Z P W C R X S V Y O I U K T P X Q J V N W F S
This still looks pretty horrendous, but it's encrypted with a Vigenere cipher, which can be solved fairly simply if you know the encryption word. There's an automated Vigenere tool you can use at: Cipher Tools
The encryption word, it turns out, is SCARECROW. Decrypting the letters with this word gives you:
"Fear will tear Gotham City to shreds."
Amazing

Yeah, that leads on from the hidden boat hatch you can find around the broken overpass.
I'm betting that we're getting that character's vision of Arkham as the DLC.
They already have the model for him and it's a way of shaking up the city they already have without having to change to much of the landscape.
I'm also hoping for an actual appearance from the Ratcatcher.
I love those low tier Bat villains and he's gotta be pretty fucked up after the Penguin caught him.
I really want to see Maxie Zeus too, if only in the hope he may get a shot at an action figure.

Finished the main story yesterday, and there's still a lot of side stuff to go. Almost seems like the main arc is too short, since I was less than 40% finished with the game. Catwoman is a lot of fun to play as. Another great Batman game.

Big Arkham weekend for me: got all 440 Riddler trophies and at last, completed all AR trainings. Hopefully this will be my first platinum trophy, just need to do new game + and get those campaign challenge medals.
Almost ready for the sequel
