200X versions of HE-MAN and SKELLY are 100% essential.  I'd also like to see PRINCE ADAM because he's a smaller teenager than the Classic ADAM.  But the main 200X character I'd like is KING RANDOR.  He just looks badass.

OK, I want a Generic 200X PALACE GUARD too, but who knows if that will ever happen?

laugh

I know what you're saying, but Skeletor giving a piggyback ride to an enslaved dragon monster is some ludicrously awesome shit.

I always wanted the original, the color scheme of the armor is cool. I just wish they would expand their horizons as it applied to variants.

TG said that there is a actual 200X He-Man in Classics planned eventually. Since Fisto got his belt, I KNOW they can do that with 200X He-Man.

You are more in the loop, so I beg of you to link your source.

In Pixel Dan's video review of reissue King Grayskull we have seen that a classic'ized version of 200X He-Man can be created by combining pieces of the reissue King Grayskull figure, the Man-at-Arms figure and the He-Man figure. Does this mean that a classic'ized version of 200X He-Man will not get a unique release in the MOTUC line?

In all honestly this was not intentional and was a nice bonus. We would still love to tackle a “classicized” version of 200X He-Man one day and, yes, he would look very similar to the kit bash fans have created using King Grayskull’s body and He-Man head. Likely the changes would include recolored belts and bracelets as well as a new chest piece that did not have the cape holders on the shoulder. Nothing too drastically different. He would certainly have the same head and body.

Yeah. I hope TG learned from Battleground Evil-Lyn and Snake Man-At-Arms that he can't cheap out on 200X variants and expect them to sell.

Laser Lot's bio involves everyone's favorite things: Laser Lot, Spector, Dare and major continuity changes!

Spikor's is cool though.  Still guessing that he comes with Skeletor's twin swords

I was planning on buying less of these things going forward.  But if they started making 200x versions, I'll buy them all.

IMO, Beast Man, Whiplash, Clawfull, and Moss Man are the essential ones.  Fuck He-Man and Skeletor!  200x versions of the bigger characters would really liven up the shelf, and give it some incredibly needed scale differential.

Then again, its Matty, so I'm sure an in scale 2000 Beast Man would be considered oversized, and cost the same as Megator...in which case, fuck them.

Yeah, but could you imagine the wrath over on the ORG if MATTEL chose not to do 200X versions of HE-MAN and SKELLY, but did other characters??  bawl

Seriously though, you make an interesting point.  Bigger versions of 'bigger' characters could really be cool.  But yeah, I could also see MATTEL charging 28 bucks a pop for them.  That may not go over too well.

Can't wait to read the org's reaction to that bio!

Bigger versions would make no sense. . . but I guess Rocket Red IS happening so you might get your way.

What the fuck do you mean?  Bigger versions make PERFECT sense.  Don't compare a scale that ACTUALLY APPEARED to that asshole Rocket Red.

200X is my preferred MOTU.  I love the character updates, especially the range in scale.  I avoided MOTUC for a long time, concerned that the slightly more vintage sculpts would clash with my 200X collection, but they've blended together quite well.
