CGC's at 9.6 no less.  Hmmm, I'm guessing that a 9.6 CGC book for a copy that is impossible to find is going to go for a lot more that 160 bucks.

I saw your post, and also filed a note with eBay last night.  Xerox copies of a comic book?  I'm surprised the listing even got posted.  eBay used to be really good about policing copyright-infringement stuff, partially because there are people working in the entertainment industry whose job it is to search for such auctions.
