Round #1~~ (Referee: Scott Dickenson):
The Mafioso (Tony Devito & Vito Lograsso) Vs Chris Harris & Joey Munoz The Mafioso come to the ring dressed in black dress pants, sleeveless white shirts and ties amid boos from the crowd. Harris and Munoz come to the ringside with the crowd cheering. Harris & Munoz are able to hold off the double teaming tactics of The Mafioso for only so long before a hidden low blow from Devito to Harris changes everything. One implant DDT (called “Sleeping with the Fishes”) a second later and it is all over.

Cole Twins Vs Bad Attitude (David Young & Rick Michaels)The Cole Twins are ready for the younger upstarts Bad Attitude. Young and Michaels try everything they can, but the Cole’s are able to not only hold back Bad Attitude, but defeat them when Kent Cole delivers a flying back elbow to Michaels, getting the pin.

The State Patrol (Sgt. Buddy Lee Parker & Lt. Earl Wright) Vs High Voltage (Robbie Rage & Kenny Kaos)The State Patrol start off handing out tickets to those at ringside as High Voltage make their way down. Once the two meet, it is a brawl from the get go. Unfortunately, Buddy Lee Parker & Earl Wright cannot match the power of Rage & Kaos. The contest ends after Rage scoops up Wright and delivers a running powerslam, pinning him after.
WINNERS: HIGH VOLTAGE

The Maulers (Jack Victory & Rip Morgan) Vs Power & Glory (Paul Roma & Hercules)These two teams do not even wait for a bell before ripping in to each other. The brawling goes inside and outside of the ring but since moving on to the second round of the tournament is at stake, the referee allows it. Hercules over powers both Victory and Morgan when faced against them, while Roma does more than hold his own. The end comes for the Maulers after Hercules lifts Victory up in a suplex position while Roma does a body splash off the top onto Victory. The pin is academic at this point.

ROUND #2~~ (Referee: Randy Anderson)
The Kole Twins Vs Power & GloryThe Kole Twins try their hardest but are overpowered quickly from Power & Glory. While they are faster than Hercules, Roma matches them. It is a solid come and go between both teams until behind the referee’s back, Kent Kole is attacked by Bad Attitude. Rick Michaels and David Young post Kent face first against the ring post, then throw him in, allowing Roma to deliver the top rope splash for the pin.

The Mafioso Vs High VoltageThe Mafioso attempt to break the rules in order to win, but the sheer strength of High Voltage is more than enough to hold them off. It becomes a “slaughter” so to speak as Rage & Kaos use their power to dominate the Mafioso. It ends once Kaos gorilla presses Vito Lograsso and slams him to the ground, stunning Vito for the pin.

FINAL~~ (Referee: Scott Dickenson): MAIN EVENT:
High Voltage Vs Power & GloryThis is just power Vs power, muscle Vs muscle between Power & Glory and High Voltage. Plenty of forearms and slams abound this battle for the USAPW tag team belts. After 15 + minutes of straight brawling, the match ending comes when a miscued clothesline from Roma hits Hercules, knocking Herc out of the ring. This allows Rage to pick up Roma on to his shoulders and Kaos to come off the top with a clothesline that knocks Roma down for the pin.
WINNERS AND NEW USAPW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS: HIGH VOLTAGE
