Jack in the box just recently had a bacon milkshake.  I asked the cashier about it, and she said it was a pretty good seller.  Despite being diabetic, I had to try it.  It had a smoky maple flavor that complimented ice cream far better than I would have expected.  If I wasn't diabetic, I would have eaten the whole thing.

The difference is that the milkshake just had bacon flavoring in there.  Not actual bacon bits.  That kind of throws this onto a whole new level.

Bacon ice cream is actually pretty nice.
I made it myself once.
