OK now that we're 2 weeks away and without going through all the posts I can give you an idea of what I might be able to pick up for people. Payment would have to be in advance -- every year I get stuck with something someone no longer wants or "forgot" to tell me they also asked someone else to get, so the days of buying these with my own money are gone. Sorry.
I can probably get:
Bruce Wayne to Batman The Dark Knight Rises-Movie Masters Figure DC Universe Tiny Titans DC Universe Polly Pocket DC Comics Villains Set DC Toon Tumbler
Might be able to get:
Hot Wheels Scooby-Doo! THE MYSTERY MACHINE Hot Wheels K.I.T.T. Knight Industries Two Thousand Monster High Scarah Screams Doll HALLMARK Ornament - Batman from “The Dark Knight Returns" comic
Have a chance at:
Marvel Universe set (Zemo, Tiger Shark, Radioactive Man etc. in Prison deco box) Marvel Legends X-FORCE 6" set (Archangel, Wolverine, Psylocke)
Next to impossible:
G.I. Joe/Transformers mash-up / Shockwave H.I.S.S. Tank set Red Jinx (GI Joe)
Also, I'm only going Saturday and Sunday and that greatly reduces my chances. So there you go.

BBTS has a list of SDCC items they're accepting pre-orders for. Even at some pretty crazy mark-ups, they're pre-sold out on most items. http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/list.aspx?list=9995I kinda-sorta wanted that H.I.S.S. tank set, but ultimately it's more money and trouble than it's worth, at least to me.

Some of it's just placeholders set up like the Hasbro ones that they don't know how many they'll get. I mean not holding my breath or anything, but there's still a chance

6:15 and the hasbro line is already closed for the night (at least that's the rumor)
In line for a Godzilla for Spec.
The green lantern figures are all by drawing. Sounds really like a pain in the butt.

OK a few updates here:
Hasbro's limits are for the entire convention, not just daily. Of the things people asked me for the limits are ...
Marvel Legends X-Force - 4 Marvel Universe Masters of Evil - 3 GI Joe Red Jinx - 2
X-Force was sold out for the day.
Mattel's limits are per purchase, which means you can buy the limit, get back in line and buy the limit again. Of what I was asked for, still available today:
Hot Wheels Mystery Machine
Sold out for the day: Sarah Screams
Sold out for the entire convention:
Dark Knight Rises Batman Polly Pocket DC Villains

And what I was actually able to buy today, only with the help of friends:
Masters of Evil - 9 Red Jinx - 3 Mystery Machine - 1
So unless they "find more in the back" or I'm able to make trades on some of these things I may have to give refunds to some of you. We'll see what happens tomorrow.
