Deadpool. I don't like Wolverine or Punisher, but I have read good stories with both, and without Punisher there would never have been a Punisher 2099. Deadpool--nothing but dead trees to me.

Picked up a bunch of trades at comic con and so far I think I have to say:

Demon Knights (although I'm a huge fantasy fan and there were several other good reads like Wonder Woman)
