Personally, I have to say early on, I was drawn more to 'The Dark'.

I picked up JLDark, Animal Man, Swamp Thing, Resurrection Man, Demon Knights and I, Vampire.

Dropped Demon Knights right off the bat, and Resurrection Man soon followed. I have just dropped I, Vampire......not that it wasn't good, but it did not really appeal to me.

I am sticking with the other three at least until the crossover concludes. Swamp Thing has gotten better recently but I felt it started too slow, Animal Man has been good consistently, and JLDark just switched up the players, and I want to see how it plays out.

I am also reading more Batbooks than ever before. Nightwing, Red Hood, Batman, Batman and Robin, and Batman Inc.

Wonder Woman. I love the story, love the way it's written, love the way it handles the character, and LOVE the art.

Great thread BTW. I will be curious to see what people are liking and why.

I'd have to say the Dark at first.  Then it becam a little too dark.

Only thing I'm reading now is Earth 2 and that's probationary at best.

I started getting about 3/4 of the titles, but quickly dropped down to just The Dark and a few others with the second issues.

Reading the GL, Jla, Batman and now the earth 2 stuff.
Some of the Jla stuff is pretty good, actually have liked jli more than Jla, flash is moving too slowly but I have liked the Aquaman title.

Aquaman has been good, but not great.

Swamp Thing is my favorite.

JLDark, Batwoman, Supergirl, Action and Aquaman are usually good.

I'm very close to dropping both Legion titles. BORING!

Dropped JLA, Birds of Prey, Superman, Batgirl and a few others months ago.

'Green Lantern' has been surprisingly good as it's self contained which is a breath of fresh air after the rainbow bright saga.

Agreed that 'Wonder Woman' is top notch.

The whole "owls" thing in Batman was shaping up nicely until they decided to over saturate it.

I dropped 'Deathstroke' after issue #8 because Higgins was doing pretty well and I was digging the Bisley covers and all that was given the ass for fucking Liefeld.

Gotta disagree with you there.

GL has been nothing but Rainbow shite.
We got Sinestro as a GL which immediately jumped into a big Indigo Corps story.

Nothing has so completely turned me off a comic more than Johns obsession with his own shitty creations.

First we had the Sinestro Corps War which was okay, then it was Blackest Night, then everything was Larfleeze, then Brightest Day..now Indigo shite.

Next up (no doubt) secrets of the Blue Lanterns...

Meanwhile, we get a whole book devoted to Red Lanterns and New Guardians is a whole bunch of 'em, doing a whole load of fuck all.

GLC is the only book thus far to avoid them, but they've gone down the screw John Stewart over route, which is pissing me off as well.
Plus the Alpha Lanterns can fuck off too.

I'm truly sick to the back teeth of coloured fucking Lanterns.

Wake me up when someone remembers that the GL books used to have villains like Goldface, Evil Star and Sonar in them occasionally.

You know, I seem to be in the minority as I'm just not digging the Wonder Woman book the way I hoped I would.

But then, I thought it was great when Gail Simone was writing it; it had character development, action, finally a consistent supporting cast after many issues without, and a sense of remembering and acknowledging what had come before.

I'm finding this new book too 'cool' and choppy in its writing style. But I'll go back and re-read it; maybe it needs to be read as a whole in one sitting. And of course, it comes on the heels of a similar year-long re-boot in the title with a similar 'everything you knew before is wrong', so that doesn't help.

I'm going to re-read it too. I got behind and I decided to just re-read the first five issues then go on to the last few I missed. Things could have changed but from what I read in those first five it was really good.

That book and Batwing's unique art style add a ton to both titles but I have I really think I would have enjoyed both with the writing carrying lessor art.

I like colored lanterns. I don't like everything with them, but I don't hate the concept or the characters. I was hoping Red Lanterns but it has been horrible. Same thing with Guardians. I thought that Green Lantern has been cool with Sinestro as a GL but I'm behind on those last few issues too so I can only speak for 1-6.

That's what I did with Wonder Woman, got bored and dropped it around number 5 then got a killer deal at my LCS and read them all (1-9) in one sitting. MUCH better.
