Gilgamesh shoulda been a contender. Moreso than the Sentry. An actual legendary hero versus a cold joke?

Selfishly I want them to make a 3 3/4 line for Giovanni.
Course if they would just freaking make an Executioner and a Baron Zemo in the MU Line I think that would work for him, every time we watch Avengers:EMH he asks why they haven't made those two yet.

A wave of D-Man, Gilgamesh, Dr. Druid, Triathalon, Hellcat, and the Living Lightning would be awesome.

OK, what's the chances of ever finding Black Widow in a store?

I'm trying to abstain from Mojo and the inevitable fight that I feel will resurface as it returns. I would appreciate it if everyone would respect that and not give me any. Thank you.

I hope we get Black Widow and Hawkeye, as well as Nick Fury and Phil Coulson.

You buying these, B? Thought you hated all these characters.
Everywhere I go now I just see a couple of Caps here and there. Nobody else.
I hope kids are getting them, as many as possible. In fact, I'm gonna hang back. Until I see more than one in one place, I'm holding off on the Widow.

Well, when I said I didn't care for them, I guess what I should've said was that I don't regularly
read
them...they are very iconic characters, and I understand their popularity, and longevity in popular culture.
I don't regularly read Superman either, but I buy his toys.
So yeah, if I gave the impression that I hated everything about the characters, that's my fault, and certainly not the case. When I said "If Stan and Jack created it it is almost a sure bet that I hate it.", I wasn't really thinking how that would be taken long-term. It was a dumb thing to say, and incredibly short sighted.
I should have said "They're not my first choices for favorite characters, mostly due to their longevity, they just give the impression of being stale, but just like the iconic DC characters, it just takes a good creative team to catch my interest, to turn that opinion around."
As for the toys, a few minor gripes aside, they're solid, and I hope the assortment expands.

Widow looks like a tiny blow-up doll with the perpetually-surprised mouth.
