Here is some updates on my Thunderstrike Mace:
Handle was sprayed using grainy textrure spray paint, so far still filling in the small imperfections of the head. Thinking about looking at a marble stone spray paint for the head vs a hammered metal. Any thoughts? Also could go flat chrome, but that would show any imperfections I may miss.

I actually found a dark metallic that looks nice so I went with that. Thanks for the compliments and looking.

Ok so like I said I decided to got with a dark metallic and I've sculpted the top cap, still needs to be put on and I know its in the wrong direction.




And my buddy the owner of the hammer and soon mace sent me this last night, after a year he finished the hammer with a dry brushing and leather wrap.


And just for fun here's a pic of me and my two buddies from a wedding riding a unicorn. It was a cannon but the photographers decided this was much more interesting.

   My buddy taught my son to raise his fist, pat his elbow and say "Go Nite Nite", his translation of my buddy doing " You wanna go nite nite". Wife not so happy, me laughing my ass off.

I'll try to snag a video of it and post.
Can't believe how dead this forum is lately. All the regulars I used to know don't seem as active anymore. Huh, well I know I'm not that active either. Hopefully things will pick up for me soon now that the house is coming in line.
