In response to degra's question on Matty as to why a "new form factor" of Death as opposed to a fan demanded DCUC such as Granny Goodness:
"Have you not seen how many Goth fans are at SDCC? Death felt like a very good choice for this show to appeal to both DC fans and the Goth crowd that tends to take over the show at certain times."
No, I haven't. In 20 years I've hardly even noticed a Goth there, let alone seen them "take over the show".

does anyone really believe they're waiting to see how Death does before making more stactions? How many times have we heard it takes about a year to get a toy made? So by that logic another staction wouldn't be coming till this time next year. Yeah right. I'm betting at least three more are in the pipeline already.

And I'll bet you're right. If people want a great-looking, unposeable Death, didn't DCD already make one? But I'd rather have an artist-specific Chris Bachalo anyway, but only if it's 9.856 inches tall and in teal, so it'll match my Hunter Rose Grendel and custom Brother Power the Geek My Little Pony. |

If they were smart--and that's a big if--they'd make DC characters (mostly female of course) into the Monster High line. Death would make sense there.
