We just finished recording E3 which should be out later this week. The Mess got two mentions as two of the emails we read out were from Mess Men!

We also had great fun, so should be another good listen!  Thumb's Up

I'm trying to abstain from Mojo and the inevitable fight that I feel will resurface as it returns. I would appreciate it if everyone would respect that and not give me any. Thank you.

Listened to episode two last night.

I wasn't aware of Andy's Bowen collection, though he may have mentioned getting one or two in the past (can't be sure). Didn't know he was collecting most/all of the X-Men and Avengers-related statues. I'm green with envy.

Even when I was gainfully employed, I couldn't bring myself to buy a full-sized statue. Was sorely tempted by Marvel Girl. And I'm fairly sure Polaris would have been my first -- possibly/eventually picking up Havok, Angel and Marvel Girl down the road. Still may some day. I imagine we'll see another Iceman down the road -- not sure how much the first one is going for on ebay -- and another classic Cyclops as well.

Andy, you're probably aware that human Beast is being sculpted now. Will be in both yellow/black and red/dark blue versions. I think you need to post some pics of this collection at the Mess.

If I ever win the lottery (well, I need to start playing it first), I will scramble to assemble a collection of all Bowen statutes relating to the Bronze Age of Marvel.

Oh yup, I've gone for Bowen in a big way. If you search "Bowen" at http://actionfigureblues.com you'll see a swag of pics and reviews!

I'm definitely in for the human Beast, and there is a new Iceman coming as well!

I don't know whether or not you have any heirs (and I'm probably older than you), but keep me in mind for your Bowens -- especially Valkyrie! That is a sweet statue!

Have to say, though, that the Sideshow Invisible Girl is not to my liking. From the neck up, she looks like a porn star.  Shocked

My eldest has dibs on quite a few pieces - I keep reminding her that I certainly hope her inheritance is a long way off!
