i'm sure there's an audience for them but i'm not interested in hot toys doing comic based figures.their photo realism in the sculpts of actors is uncanny;going from a drawing is something you can't compare.

As a counterpoint, I think if they did Kirby or Ditko styled classic comic figures they would outsells the movie stuff.

I see they blurred out the Andrew Garfield likeness, which is funny since that's the one thing we would've already been able to get a good look at before the movie comes out...

Man, that suit bugs me the more I see it. What is it with defenestrating the belts on movie superheroes suddenly? The Man of Steel's belt is the same way. Gotta love them completely arbitrary changes!
