I got my "Not Toys" Hellboy and it's fantastic!

If there's a difference between this and the "legit" version I can't pick it other than the box is different and there's no Hot Toys logo.

Glad you're happy with your Hellboy, fish. I can see some differences here and there between it and the HT version, but he still looks pretty damn good. Thumb's Up

By all means let me know what they are. From what I can tell, the box and inner tray are completely different. I think the guns need a little weathering too. I'm not sure where the extra heads came from though?

It's a bit tough to tell from the photos. The clothing and gear look to be spot on, but the body and neutral expression head look different to me.

The extra head with the long horns looks like it might be a re-cast of the Sideshow figure. The head with the sneer and short horns appears to be unique to this figure.
