The whole period after JLI/E got shitty blends to me.

I remember Doomsday happened sometime in the middle of it and Jurgens' was doing one book or something which was quite good.
Maybe Jones came after or it was a spin-off or..

I had pretty much bailed out on DC by this point.  Marvel too in fact.  I was off reading Image, Ultraverse, Dark Horse, some Valiant, etc.  Glad I missed it.  

Also, didn't Jones have a thing about making everyone vaguely bisexual?  Supposedly he and his wife were switch hitting swingers and thought everyone should be.

And only Wally, Hawk-God, and maybe Zauriel for me.

I wonder why he's always refered to as gay. He did have a thing for Raven and in the future of the Manhunter series he does have kids whom I believe are biologically his. Seems he's pretty well rounded.

Anyway, this led to Obsidian being a whiny little bitch, who would flounce out on Al at the slightest perceived shun and then go off and be Emo in his shadow form.

I guess this is where the gay thing came from which Geoff Johns pulled into his JSA run, where it became canon.

Like I said, that whole Jones run was utter shite.
