"...and so it was that the contest judge was forced to make a decision, and that decision was a most difficult decision to make, and the judge was greatly torn in his considerations, yet when he had finally come to his conclusion, he knew that his decision was the right one, and he pronounced it so, and so it was."
Sorry. I got off on a little riff there, and I wasn't sure how to stop. Anyway...
I have picked a winner. All three of you deserve something. You all made me laugh. In the end, though, and despite his theatrics and hemming and hawing over which entry he should use... Esoteric Candy wins "You Write The Panel II, The Sequel!"
Congratulations, Scot! You did it! And I think you'll very much enjoy your prize package. (I'm giving you a set of characters all dancing the Hokey Pokey!)
(No... not really. But I should!)
Now, here's the thing: As I said, you all deserve something. In this case, I actually mean that. Both Chooch and Marv-El are going to get prize awards, as well. So, gentlemen, I need all three of you to PM me your actual names and addresses so I can put something in the mail to each of you. This was a lot of fun, and the three of you really rose to the occasion in the tie-breaker round, and I don't want any of you leaving this game empty handed.
Thanks to everyone for playing! I hope you've all had a good time. I'm sure we'll play again, but I think maybe we'll let it go for a bit before starting a new game, just so people aren't getting bored with it.
Again... congrats to Esoteric Candy, and also to Marv-El and Chooch. And really, to everyone who participated. You guys made this a really amusing five weeks!
(Note: Chooch, I had already chosen the winner when I saw your post. Didn't want you to think I ignored you.)

Congrats Scot!
PM on its way, Pal! I think a little break will definitely build the excitement for round 3!

Yay! All that anguish was worth it after all!
Thanks Pally! It was an honor just to compete with the likes of Chooch & Marv El, even though I still don't get Chooch's endorsement of Marv a few moments ago -- maybe I'm just suffering from sleep deprivation where I'm seeing chorus lines of WWII fighter pilots doing the can-can, but 'brilliant use of the whole panel' just soared way above my head. And that's pretty impressive, living up here in the White Tower and all.
I'l PM you later tonight Pally...thanks again!

Because I integrated the "The End" bubble.
Sorry I didn't answer; I didn't see anything here for the last sixteen hours, but I would probably abstain anyway since I had seen most of SE's entries and didn't want to color things.
Congrats, guys. I still think a bunch of other entries were better than mine at any given point.

Oh...see, now that I've actually gotten four hours of sleep, I probably would have gotten that. Or I'm lying to cover my shameful stupidity. Works either way.

Yeah a break will be good, cause hopefully I'll have settled into a new job, hopefully. I'll be better able to concentrate on trying to bring some funny.

Absolutely.
I was excited to get that new Batman figure -- in the end.
That new show is one of the best I've seen all year -- in the end.
All I had at the game last night was one weiner -- in the end.
Hey...

Brings a whole new meaning to that Linkin Park song.

Maybe I'll add a new rule to the next contest...
"All entries must be in the form of a song lyric!"
