THE INVADERS was the first comic I collected as a kid.

I'm weird about splitting parts. I've always used a boxcutter to seperate the joint, then break it using a flat screwdriver. Doesn't always work, though.

same here , sometimes an exacto knife and a little patience works wonders, and sometimes it's like you need explosives to get them apart...

I love Captain America and I find this as tedious as fuck.  It's only because TF is such a cool cat that I'm doing it.  I rather do something that's new.  This process has given me some ideas about how to do that for another Captain America figure in the future, which has been a nice surprise and has kept me going.

The biggest flex has been to ensure that the disparate sculpts actually match up.  God willing, it's gonna come together nicely- A Winghead that can pull double-duty for both Avengers and Invaders!!

Let me know if that's cool.  Modern artists give him only three red stripes on the front abdomen.
