Leaving to go see the Dark Knight Movie Marathon right now.
So any future messages from me over the next 12 hours will be sent via iPhone.
May just post a single word after TDKR. Could be "eh." Could be "Hmm." Could be "Wow." Confession time (if I've never said this before): it took additional viewings of Batman Begins AND The Dark Knight for me to actually LOVE those two films. But I eventually did -- saw them both 4 times each in the theater.
We'll see what happens with the final chapter.
Which reminds me -- I'm strongly considering a "sequel" to that "sequel soliloquy" article I wrote a couple years ago. The title will be "The Truth About Trilogies" or something like that. Again, we'll see...
Enough stalling -- gotta go!

Ten minutes to the trilogy; received a free trilogy poster (cool), and I got my Cherry Coke and decided to opt for Goobers (first time since I was a kid) over popcorn. Tons of people all over the place. Hope my sciatica doesn't kick in. I'm a little excited.

Batman Begins finished a few moments ago. Awesome seeing it on a HUGE screen. Crowd hooted and applauded at all the right moments. Which means they're going to go insane during The Dark Knight.
That starts in fifteen minutes. Wonder if I may even get teary during it? Nah, that would be weird.
