New Banners for Christopher Nolan's
The Dark Knight Rises
!
by
SuperHeroHype
May 24, 2012
Warner Bros. Pictures has provided ComingSoon.net/SuperHeroHype with a first look at four new banners from Christopher Nolan's
The Dark Knight Rises
, one of the most anticipated movies of the summer.
Last summer, when ComingSoon.net/SuperHeroHype was invited by Warner Bros. to be a part of a small group of journalists to travel down to Pittsburgh to spend a day on Nolan's set, let's just say that it took us less than a second to say "yes."
We can't say too much about what we saw that day just yet, but we were able to watch firsthand as Nolan and his longtime DP Wally Pfister shot a big crowd scene at Pittsburgh's Heinz Field, which leads into a scene you've already seen in the various trailers. Besides watching Nolan at work, we got to chat briefly with Christian Bale, Anne Hathaway and Tom Hardy, Nolan's long-time producers Emma Thomas (also Nolan's wife) and Jordan Goldberg, and some of the tech crew to give us a better idea how Nolan works and what he's doing different this time around.
Look for our full set report sometime in the next couple months before
The Dark Knight Rises
opens on July 20, 2012.
